1. The service

KodonKlasses (kodonklassespwa.pages.dev) is an education platform providing practice questions, worksheet tools and progress tracking, operated by Kodon Systems ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf; for users in India, parental approval is required below age 18.

2. Accounts

Accounts use Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. Accounts of users under 13 must be created and supervised by a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Digital content: because your plan is supplied immediately and fully on activation, you agree that your statutory 14-day cancellation right ends when the subscription activates. Refunds are at our discretion — email [email protected].
• Plan limits (weekly questions, difficulty ranges, exports) are shown at signup and in Settings. They reset weekly.
• The 7-day free trial gives full access for 7 days from account creation; after it ends your account moves to the free plan unless you subscribe.

4. Acceptable use

Don't: share your account, scrape or bulk-copy the question bank, resell our content, or attempt to bypass plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Intellectual property

All questions, worksheets, markschemes and site content are owned by Kodon Systems and may not be redistributed commercially. You own the worksheets you build and may use them freely for teaching, including printing and distribution to your own students.

6. Educational content

Our questions are checked, but answers may occasionally contain errors. Always use professional judgment when teaching. The service is a learning aid, not a substitute for a teacher.

7. Liability

We provide the service "as is" and aren't liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms (date at top). We may close accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Complaints: [email protected] first; the ICO (data) or your card provider (payments) also apply.
