1. Who we are
Kodon Systems ("we", "us") operates KodonKlasses (kodonklassespwa.pages.dev), an education platform providing practice questions, worksheets and progress tracking for students and tutors. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact: [email protected].
2. What data we collect

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking of any kind. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
3. Children and young people
Our service is used by school students. Our approach:
- UK users aged 13+: you may use your own Google account and consent to this policy yourself.
- Users under 13: accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian, who consents on the child's behalf. We collect only the minimum data needed to provide the service.
- Users in India under 18: Indian law (the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023) requires parental consent for users under 18. By using the service, a parent or guardian has approved your use of the account.
We set high-privacy defaults for everyone: no behavioural advertising, no profiling beyond your own progress statistics, no data sharing, and no push notifications.
4. Where your data lives and who processes it
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and our database. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Google — provides sign-in. When you sign in, Google shares your name, email address and account ID with us. See policies.google.com/privacy.
- Stripe — processes payments. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we only receive your payment status. See stripe.com/privacy.
Because some processing may occur outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
5. How long we keep data
- Account data: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Weekly question assignments: up to 12 weeks (older records are deleted automatically).
- Practice history: for as long as your account exists.
- Billing records: 6 years (legal requirement).
6. Your rights
You can ask us to: show you your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email [email protected] — we will respond within one month. UK users have rights under UK GDPR; Indian users have rights under the DPDP Act. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint).
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. Sign-in is handled by Google's secure authentication. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects you, we will tell you directly.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
